Story
Hi Everyone,
We're cycling from Sevenoaks, Kent to Cannes in the South of France this April for Great Ormond Street Hospital.
We're leaving on the 8th April, hoping to be back on English turf, tanned and toned, 900 miles and two weeks later....
Every donation helps Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity to provide the best facilities and equipment, research and develop new treatments, and support their remarkable patients and their families.
We are taking on this mammoth task and have chosen to raise money for Great Ormond Street Hospital. This is a particularly important charity for Ollie's family as his sister is regularly receiving top care there.
Ollie's sister Ella was born prematurely 7 years ago and although she leads a pretty much normal life, she is fed through a gastrostomy tube nightly and hospital visits are still constant. GOSH do a wonderful service in treatment and support and we, like many families, depend on this superb service.
Throughout its long history, Great Ormond Street Hospital has always relied on public support, even after the founding of the NHS in 1948. Its mission as a charity is to raise money to enable the hospital to continue to provide the very best care for its young patients and their families.
Anything you feel you are able to give would be most appreciated.
Thanks so much,
The Cycling Trio
