To My Wonderful Family & Friends,

As you all know, I spend all my week with humans and my weekends with animals...  Although I have to say that Brian is behaving himself lately.

Since October last year, I spend a few hours of my weekend working with a fantastic team of people at the Animals In Need Animal Sanctuary in Northamptonshire.  Annie & Roy and the dedicated volunteers commit their lives to rescuing and rehoming sick, injured, trapped and distressed wild and domestic animals. The Sanctuary provides veterinary treatment where necessary, care for and rehabilitate animals until they can be released or re-homed.

This is not a 9 to 5 job and it takes a lot of hard work and commitment, along with fundraising to keep the Sanctuary running. The animals do not care that is is midnight, Christmas Day or Bank Holidays, they need the care and love that they deserve on a daily basis.  They also need loving homes and the sanctuary always need volunteers, so please visit www.animals-in-need.org.

Once again, I am stepping into the ye old faithful trainers and running a half marathon on behalf of my four legged friends.  I plan to raise a thousand pounds with the help of donations, car boot sales and other fund raising events.
