We are attempting the Great Manchester Run 10k!

Yes, its possible that we have gone a little bit crazy but in a bid to win this race, we're getting stuck in to a strict excercise regime and cutting out all alcohol and unhealthy  food between now and May 18th ... honest!

If all else fails you will see us dragging each other over the finishing line!!
