PTSD Resolution is a charity who supplies free therapy to ex servicemen, women and their families who are suffering from the trauma known as PTSD.   It is local and effective, to date we have treated over 2,000 Veterans.

This charity event is open to all, the idea is you log your walk, run, cycle etc on a daily basis and collectively we see how many times we can walk around the world.

Every step helps those suffering, so please give what you can.
