I am raising money for the Hospice in Bristol that looked after my Cousin during her final weeks helping her deal as best as she could with terminal cancer.

I have decided that to celebrate life as she did - to get fit and healthy whilst also raising money for the Hospice, which relies upon donations to operate.

            I started out at 106kg (16s 10lb) in 2008 and in 20 months I lost 20kg (3 stone), weighing 86kg...
 
                            I have recently dropped to 82 kg (summer 2010) and am slowly heading towards my goal of approx 75kg

I will be keeping this page up to date regarding my progress...
