What DeBRA does is in the box on the left.  Babies die young. Children spend hours every day having wounds dressed.  I am doing this Triathlon to raise funds to support families and fund research.  I am aiming to do the 1.5k swim, 40k cycle and 10k run in under 4 hours.  That's my goal. Not too hard, but hard enough to make me anxious I can tell you.
