Many of you have supported me in the past when I have run the BUPA Great South, this as you know is much further and I am scared!!!  That said, training has been broken due to illness at the most crucial time, losing 4 weeks of training, but I have hope and want to finish in under 6 hours.  I am running for cancer research as this topic is very close to my heart as my dad passed away from cancer and not a day goes by when I don't think of him and miss him terribly.  So running in memory of Dad :-)
