You may or may not be aware, but my son, the love of my life, my absolute world, Preston Johnson, suffers with a severe peanut and tree nut allergy meaning he faces the possibility of going into an anaphylactic shock on a daily basis. A lot of people are unaware of what anaphylaxis actually is and don't understand the severity of such an allergy... and it is pretty simple... anaphylactic shock can be fatal.

On Saturday 1st October, I shall be raising money for the Anaphylaxis Campaign charity by doing a skydive. This charity provides advice and support for those affected by severe allergies as well as trying to raise awareness of anaphylaxis, something that I believe really needs to be done. The amount of times I have been in a queue or out and about with Preston and the person next to us has started eating peanuts without thinking of the consequences and it is simply because he/she is not aware of the severity of these allergies.

My skydive has been paid for already, so any money I do raise will 100% go to this deserving charity. So please, if you are in a position to help, sponsor me and donate to such a good cause.
