Ok, so when I signed up to this I don't think I realised exactly what it involved.  As I found out more I have decided not to look into it any further because if I find out how difficult it may be I might change my mind!  For more info on the trek itself therefore look at Emma Cheetham's fundraising page!!

On a serious note, as many of you know, Alzheimer's is a disease that has touched my life and affected loved ones around me so I am pleased that I have the opportunity to do this. 

I am also hoping that it will help me stop smoking, cut down on my drinking and generally add to my health!  I also hear the views are great!

I am fairly sure that I am unlikely to be doing anything like this again and due to my hate of running, inability to cycle and vow never again to jump out of a plane this should be the only time I ask you to sponsor me!
