As most of you are aware, later this year I will be taking part in the Prince's Trust Namibia Challenge!  Entirely on my own two feet I will be trekking 100km in four and a half days across the extremely sandy Namib Desert (one of the world's oldest, largest and most remote Naitonal Park in Africa). This is no easy task! I've commited to a 6-month training programme, along with raising a minimum of £2900 - so I need your help!!
