The old Late Loungers netball team are getting together on July 11th and taking part in this year’s Race for Life in aid of Cancer Research @ Newbury Racecourse . 

 

Cancer research's groundbreaking work into the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of cancer has helped saved millions of lives in the UK and across the world.

 

Over the last year we have been witness to the devastation, pain and suffering that this dreadful disease can cause with one of our incredibly brave team mates, Claire Haines being diagnosed with Cervical Cancer last year.

We would like to help make a difference to people's lives who are having to live with this awful disease.

 

Here comes the grovelling bit.........

 

The team have set themselves a target of raising £1000 for this worthy cause and so please, please, please dig deep into your pockets and sponsor the Late Loungers and help us reach our target and lets all play a part in Cancer Research's goal of beating cancer!!
