Family, friends and collegues,

As many of you know I am cycling to Paris in September to raise money for the Anthony Nolan Trust and am aiming for a target sponsorship of 1,500. I am doing this crazy event in memory of my uncle Martin who lost his 5 year battle with leukaemia in 2004. Throughout this time he received a bone marrow transplant and later on stem cell treatment which was all made possible through the Anthony Nolan Trust.

So on the 19th September I will be cycling 300k over 3 days from London to Paris to raise money and awareness for this charity that helps "takes lives back from leukaemia". I am by no means a cyclist and dragging myself out of bed at 6am on a Sunday has quite literally been a pain in the butt!
