We are Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity. We stop at nothing to help give seriously ill children childhoods that are fuller, funner and longer. Because we believe no childhood should be lost to illness.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

On 7th July, the Tour de France visits Cambridge. Students and staff from Newmarket Academy will be cycling from school over to Cambridge in the morning to experience the atmosphere and activities in Cambridge, along with watching the start of Stage 3 of the Tour de France which ends in London. We will then be cycling back to school in the afternoon- a total distance of about 30 miles.

We would like to raise funds for Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity. Recently, Mr. Crick's nephew was in Great Ormond Street Hospital for open-heart surgery, which he is now recovering from.

Both Mr. Froy and Mr. Rogers spent time as patients in Great Ormond Street Hospital- owing their lives to the staff at this amazing place.

We would like to raise as much money as possible to give hope to some very sick children and  their families, that are less fortunate than ourselves.

So please dig deep and donate now.
