On Saturday the 25th July 2009 I completed the UK's ultimate endurance challenge the Land's End to John O Groat's 3 Peaks Challenge, climbing with by bicycle the UK's 3 highest mountians, a total of 1,200 miles cycled and 43,000 feet climbed in just 9 days and 5 hours, 3 days ahead of schedule .
