On the 26th July I intend to begin riding from London to Edinburgh and not content with that I'll ride back again just as soon as I get there, a mere matter of 1400km or for those of you in imperial units that's just over 870miles.  Oh yes and I will try and complete this all in under 90 hours, not 90hours of cycling but 90 hours total from start to finish.

All monies donated will be going to Help 4 Heroes to add to their funds to try and provide a new swimming pool and gym at Headley Court, work to help with Combat Stress and all their other plans to aid wounded servicemen and women.
