Well the race has been ran and Al did it in a fantastic 54 minutes.....those sparrow legs can fly...... ;0) But it wasnt about the time it was about the taking part and what it has raised for Cancer Bacup.

A huge thankyou to everyone for their support and helping us raise such a fantastic amount of money. It has meant so much. Ill put a final total on in next few days when its all been totted up.

This was meant to be the ladies race but unfortunately Im not fit enough!!

So my good friend Alan has decided to do the mens instead!! (No he did offer and wasnt "persuaded" !!)

Cancerbacup have been a rock to me these last few months from the day of my diagnosis and ongoing now and this is the only way that I can thank them for their help/support and understanding.  With a little help from my friends
