Thanks for taking the time to visit our 2010 Ben 'Lights' Lightowler JustGiving page and as you can see we have actually reached our target for this challenge which is absolutely brilliant but PLEASE - PLEASE DONT LET THAT STOP YOU MAKING A DONATION.  We need to raise every single penny we can for Dr Rosie and her team of medics.

Tom & Jax along with David Heron (Hez) who was a very good friend of Bens, decided to attempt, as the main fundraiser this year, the challenge to complete the Three National Peaks of Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon all within 24 hours and we are more than proud to announce 'WE DID IT!'

The challenge started on Sunday evening (20th) at 17.00 and was completed by 16.30 the next day (21st)

Hez did a time of 21hrs 54mins - Tom 22hrs 50mins & Jax 23hrs 30mins. We were all a wee bit tired but very very happy!!!! Hez described his legs as "reinforced custard" and Tom had no feeling at all. Jax on the other hand had just lost her knees but happily they have now returned!!

There are maybe other events in the pipeline if the team recovers in time so watch this space for more details as they develop! One of them being the possible ascent of Mont Blanc in September!! Any volunteers to join us????
