On Sunday 5th October 2008 I will be running 13.1 miles and i need your support!

Im am taking on the Great North Run to raise funds for the charity Spinal Research - they are funding pioneering research to find treatments to repair the spinal cord and help people with broken necks and backs to regain sensation and mobility. This is particularly close to my family after my aunt suffered from spinal cord injury following a diving accident earlier this year.

I am aiming to raise at least £400 for the charity and this is where you can help!
