I am raising money to take part in a 10 day trek in the Thailand Jungle on June 18th 2009, with Kayakking and Rafting en route! It will be 6-8 hours trekking every day in the forests and mountains of Thung Yai Nareusan Wildlife Sanctuary. Staying with the hill tribes in small forest communities.

Most people that know me will realise what a  challenge this will be for me!

It is all for a wonderful little girl (the daughter of my best friend Lorna) called Georgia Morgan who is 7 years old. She was diagnosed with Leukaemia last year and has undergone gruelling treatment ever since. She has never stopped smiling throughout losing her hair, painful operations and constant chemotherapy. She has suffered a stroke and many infections and constant hospital visits.

She is an inspiration to everyone who knows her. She still has another year of maintenance treatment to go. Throughout the diagnosis and treatment her family have had a lot of help from Clic Sargent - a charity that helps families with children living with cancer.
