Story
Thank you for visiting my fundraising page.
I am doing a Sky Dive on the 1st March this year, and I am hoping to raise some money for charity. I want to make it clear that I have paid for the Sky Dive myself - I am not doing one of those free jumps where £270 of the money raised go to the Sky Diving place, with the rest going to charity (meaning I would not pay anything myself). 100% of the money I raise will be going to charity! The charity I am doing this for is the Maria Brimingham Foundation for Childhood & Teenage Leukaemia. This charity supports Children, Teenagers and Young Adults with Leukaemia and Other Cancers. The Charity aims to raise awareness, undertake research into the Causes of Leukaemia and support the new Teenage Cancer Trust Unit at Birmingham Childrens Hospital. The reason i chose this charity is becuase a friend of mine passed from this illness at just 12 years old, and I am doing this Sky Dive in her memory.
The Maria Brimingham Foundation for Childhood & Teenage Leukaemia and I would really welcome your support and sponsorship, no metter how large or small.
Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: The Maria Watt Birmingham Foundation for Childhood & Teenage Leukaemia gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
