Thank-you for visiting my justgiving page; it is really kind of you! As you know I am hoping to complete a fundraising cycle ride which takes place in Argentina next Feb 2009! Half the monies gets the 'challenger' there and half goes towards the charity. I completed one such cycle in Cuba a few years ago and as well as 80 of us completing the trip we also raised over £100,000! So it is not only an adventure but it  also raises stacks of money for a very worthy cause.

On a personal note I am one lucky person blessed with the very Mam and Dad and Brother and Sister-in-Law that I have (no they haven't paid me to say this!!! )  They constantly help others and not only are they my brilliant  and loving family, they have given me the cherished nourishment, support and energy to cope with my deafness, which has been from birth. (They were not amused though when I used to switch my hearing-aids off when I did not want to hear my telling off !!!!!)

As well as this trip being a fantastic adventure it is a way of giving something back to others!
