I have just Completed 5.6km JP Morgan Chase Charity Run Wed 6th July 2011 at Battersea Park.

My Goal:

1. Finish run without stopping once

2. Finish in 30mins and finish strong.

Thankfully by God's grace I achieved both as I finished without stopping in a time of 27:49.

Finally once again with motivation of my family watching I managed a sprint for about the last 100 meters.
