Anyone who knows Russ Coleman is aware of his running prowess, having competed in marathons and fell runs for years. However it's a little known fact that Liz Allen and Dave Wilson are also accomplished athletes, and so it was that the 'dream team' assembled for the hardest run on the UK athletics calendar...

Not really. Liz and Dave can't run for toffee. We're hoping that Russ will carry us when we get tired. But we have tried to get fit, honest guv, so if you feel like lending us some moral support and donating to a very worthy cause, please do! 

The race we've foolishly entered is the PUMA HellRunner - Hell Up North. It's 10-12 miles of hilly cross country running, with the added pleasure of the 'Bog of Doom'.
