On Thursday 18^th September 2008 myself and my British Gas colleague Martin Jones are embarking on a bike ride from Holyhead, North Wales to Cardiff, South Wales. I will be raising money for The Cystic Fibrosis Trust a very worthy cause I’m sure you will agree

The Ride will take us from Holyhead one of the most northerly towns in Wales through some of the most rugged terrain Wales has to offer, passing through both Snowdonia and the Brecon Beacons. We will cover 250 miles split over 3 days before arriving inCardiffBay.
