<p><span style="color: #800080; font-size: x-small;">Dear all,</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #800080; font-size: x-small;">Running the London Marathon is going to be a big challenge for me, but I am a very determined girl and knowing that I will be making a difference to a magnificant charity that is very close to my heart, will get me through. Great Ormond Street Hospital have kindly offered me a chance to run for them in the 2012 London Marathon. An offer which I speedily accepted!</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #800080; font-size: x-small;">This charity means a lot to me. </span><span style="color: #800080; font-size: x-small;">I was admitted to the hospital when I was 3 years old having been diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukaemia. Although you would assume that this kind of experience would not be a pleasent one, the GOSH team made us as a family very welcome, and my time within the hospital turned into a life changing positive experience, one which I am eternally grateful for.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #800080; font-size: x-small;">I was in hospital for 6 months and the GOSH team were amazing, and they have provided me with a normal life and the ability to now be in a position to repay their kindness and run the marathon on their behalf. Without their expertise, tis would not be possible. Appropriately, I have pledged to raise £2,012.</span></p>
