Last month our beautiful and very brave sister lost her battle to a form of cancer called non-hodgkins lymphoma.  She would have been 47 on 13 October.  To mark her birthday, five of her family members have decided to hold a 24 hour fast in her memory, to raise funds for the specialist cancer hospital who cared for her so well.

Our sister was the life and soul of any party and her witty nature and brilliant sense of humour would light up any a dull moment.  We miss her terribly and are launching our fundraising ventures with this simple, but hopefully, effective fast.  She was a very charitable person herself and this is a small gesture to keep her memory alive.  Please support our cause.  Thank you.
