After a lot of planning and final confirmations with the Lycee, we can finally give you all the details you have been waiting for! Here is the schedule of the day so far:
1pm: Basketball and/or football games, depending on how many of you will sign up to play- refereed by your old Sports teachers!
(Time to shower, change, etc after the game(s) before evening activities)
4pm: Tour of the Lycee with Mr Simon and possibly also with Mme Zuniga, depending on how big our group is
5pm: Cocktail reception in the Primaire playground, weather permitting. If not, it will take place in the cantine. Entrance by the rond-point and arrival must be prompt, since gates will close no later than 6pm. Buffet dinner and cash bar to follow into the night. We will be joined by your favourite teachers!
After-party at the Norfolk Hotel bar, just around the corner. They have agreed to stay open later just for us.
Each ticket will be GBP35.00, which includes the unlimited dinner buffet and cocktail reception, as well as all other necessary costs needed to hold this event (service staff, equipment, etc). Unfortunately, the Lycee does not cover any costs for these alumni events and please rest assured that no profit is being made for anyone. We worked hard on keeping this cost as LOW as possible! However, like all events there are some emergencies and unknowns, we are also paying for the invited teacher's dinners etc (its the right thing to do..), so any surplus on your ticket price (if any) will go towards the International Medical Corps UK HAITI FUND - IMC's Emergency Response Teams are working around the clock to save lives in Haiti and to help the Haitian people lay the groundwork for long-term recovery. For 25 years they have provided life-saving medical care and helped rebuild health systems through training and capacity building in the most devastated regions of the world.
So not only will you be paying for a ticket to a fun and memorable night with very old friends, but any surplus will also towards to a very good cause!
We will need you to confirm your attendance at the event by May 20. You can do so by purchasing your ticket on www.justgiving.com/lycee (Its a very easy credit card payment site designed for charities)

- If you would like to sign up for either the BASKETBALL or the FOOTBALL game. You will not be able to play if you do not sign up in advance!
- Which parts of the day you will be ATTENDING
