Thank you everyone for your kind donations - we are delighted that we have raised more than we had hoped for!  Dom is especially nervous as if we hit £1,000 he and Chris will sport moustaches for the day.

Just a couple of days to go until the Big Day! The nerves are setting in a little but the training is done so we are now resting up and eating lots of pasta! Lynne's old lady knees are on the mend, so fingers crossed on that front! 

We look forward to seeing those of you who are coming along on Sunday to support on what is forecast to be a beautiful sunny day in Brighton.

In a brief moment of madness, we have decided to run 26.2 miles in the first Brighton Marathon on Sunday 18th April!

We have both always fancied giving a marathon a go, and now seemed a good a time as any! In the process we hope to raise a bit of money for a charity close to our hearts, the Alzheimer's Society.

Training is in full swing and we are now up to 20 miles - the aches and pains have most definitely started!

We completed the Brighton half-marathon (21-Feb) in a respectable time of 1:42 (Dom) and 1:51 (Lynne), despite the truly hideous weather, and the Hastings 1/2 marathon (Mar). Photo evidence attached! (Not at all flattering!).

Please come along and support us on the 18th April and give whatever you can to our chosen charity.
