Well, It's 6pm and I'm back home, beer in hand wondering how on earth I will ever wlk again!!!  I managed it in 1 hour and 10 minutes - knocking 10 minutes off my time from last year!!

Well, here I go again!!  I have to admit I'm a bit late in getting this page up and running, but it's finally here!  I'm running (?!) in aid of the SDBBT once again, and I'm sure by now you all know my selfish reasons why.  Lets help them with the research.......

Last year I completed the 10K in 1 hour 20, with the help of my sister, but this year I'm on my own!!  I need to beat that target, but also the £1000 target I managed to raise last year.  I've left it late, which is why the target above is £500, but I'm hoping to get more .

I've started the training, bout time really, and now all I need is sponsorship - over to you!!!
