As most of you will know, I am taking part in the London Marathon this year on behalf of the Animal Health Trust (the charity for which I work).  I already have in place £100,000, which is fantastic, and believe me I'm not feeling the pressure!!! 

I know I shouldn't assume but If anyone had wanted to sponsor me would you think about sponsoring Laura instead as she is also running for the Trust (www.justgiving.com/laurahudson)?  She's my very good friend and fellow trainer and the one who organises all the routes and running schedules, whereas I'm the lazy one at the back who does what she says - so without her I wouldn't be taking up this challenge.
