Story

Katie, Gordy, Tina & Bob will all be running together in the 2006 Flora London Marathon in aid of Help the Hospices.

However, this will be no normal race as both Katie & Gordon will be stopping at Mile 13 (Tower Bridge) where they will be greeted by a registrar who will be marrying them there and then, before setting off to finish the race together as husband and wife. The whole wedding party will be in full wedding attire including a long wedding dress for Katie accompanied by a pair of trainers!

All family, friends & colleagues of Katie & Gordon are being asked not to give wedding gifts but instead to pledge donations to Help the Hospices.

Help the Hospices is a national charity which gives time and care to people with incurable illnesses. Every year, they help 250,000 terminally ill adults and children to live life to the full, whatever time they have left. This is an amazing charity that needs your support!!

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. Help the Hospices will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you. Many thanks for your support!!
