For today only, I'm working a whole day with just 1/2 a beard!!
So, you've made it to my bit of space on the web where you'll be able to see how my facial growth is coming along! But I'm not doing this for a bit of fun, get your hand in your pocket and pull out your debit/credit card and get donating! £150 is the target and I fully intend beating it!
From 3 May I'll be uploading a daily photo so you can keep up with the progress of my facial growth!

Quarriers is the largest charity in Scotland. Over on the left hand side of this page is a bit of what they do, which is a lot I can tell you. However, the money which you donate today will go to just a small part of Quarriers. Part of their work is supporting young people who need a helping hand to get a good start in life.
Within Quarriers is a group called the Voices In Projects group, or VIP for short. The VIP group consists of around 20 young people who meet regularly to share issues they have on the support they receive as well as getting their views across on the rights of young people. They also have two representatives who are part of the Scottish Youth Parliament where they hold debates with MSPs (Members of Scottish Parliament, like MPs but in Scotland).
I've been fortunate enough to go along to some of the VIP meetings and it really takes my breath away to see what these young people can achieve. These young people are no different to anyone else and with your help, can achieve so much more. By donating today, you'll be providing many more opportunities for the VIP group to get their voice across within the communities they live in, and also at government level.
