Event: The Institute of Cancer Research & Everyman - Keep Your Eye On The Ball 10K Run, on 7 June 2009

Story

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

On Sunday 7th June I ran (representing Marceltipool) in the The Institute of Cancer Research & Everyman - Keep Your Eye On The Ball 10K Run at Victoria Park in London's famous and wonderful East End.  Because I entered last minute I didn't really chase sponsorship and expected to ask for pity due to my terrible time...

However, I actually was quite please with my sub-1 hour performance.  I managed to get round without stopping at all and surprised myself.  I believe this is worthy of a couple of quid.

My target is £100 but anything  you can spare is great.  Recession and all that.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: The Institute of Cancer Research & Everyman gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

Thanks all.
