My chosen charity is The Anaphylaxis Campaign.
This is particularly important to me as my son Maximilian suffered a severe allergic reation in the summer of 2009 and the anaphylaxis campaign has helped me to better understand how to manage his allergies and I am keen to help others be more aware as one in four children suffer from allergies
The charity provides support to the growing number of people at risk from life-threatening allergic reactions, particularly to foods. They work vigorously to educate schools, health professionals and the food industry to achieve a safer environment for all those with severe allergies. .
