By participating in the Help for Heroes Big Battlefield Bike Ride (BBBR), departing UK on 26 May 2008 I wish to raise a minimum of £3500 – equivalent to £10 a mile for every mile of the approximate 350 miles I will cycle but.........now that training has started (see below) I have decided to raise the bar to £5000.   If you would like to know more about the BBBR and Help for Heroes then visit www.helpforheroes.org.uk . I know my efforts (pain, sweat and soreness) will be for a very worthy cause, and that with your sponsorship we will really assist in making a difference and help many of our “heroes”.
