I have foolishly decided to enter a 24 hour mountain bike race on the Medips that takes place on 12th and 13th May. I've done  a few of these before as part of a team but this time I'll be doing it on my own which is whole new challenge. This time there'll be no-one to blame if it goes wrong or any one to take over if I need some sleep! I need to complete as many laps of the course as I can before the 24 hours is up (or I pass out).
