Finally have got to complete my skydive today, Saturday 5th December!

Amazing experience, completely terrified though!!!!

A new date has at last been set! Friday 20th November :O)

Update : I am gutted to say although we arrived at 8am the weather didnt cooperate (too much cloud and rain on and off) and i wasnt able to perform my jump today

However I have been told by headcorn parachute club that i can make a new date and i will be given first priority to jump on the new day! i will update to the new date once i know it on monday morning, thankyou all so much for your sponsorship it means so much to me x

As many of you may know my dad was recently diagnosed with incurable bowel cancer, i am very close to my dad and i have found the news hard to come to terms with.

I am also frustrated at how late his diagnosis was, and given early diagnosis survival rates for bowel cancer are good, i think its important to raise awareness in the early symptoms of bowel cancer which is why i want to raise money for Beating Bowel Cancer UK.

My dad is being amazingly strong through this process which i admire him for, and this is why i have a chosen to do a skydive as it is also a personal challenge for me ( i am scared of flying in planes!) but i feel doing this for a good cause is a reason worth while!

I hope to raise £400 (with at least half being raised offline!)
