Hey!!

On 6th September, colleagues, friends, family and my good self, are walking the 3 Yorkshire peaks (Pen-Y-Ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough). A major 24 miles (40 km), which I'm hoping to complete in about 8 hrs (depending on weather, no that is not a bail out, haha).  

We are raising money for the Ronald McDonald House Charity. This charity uses its money to build houses for the families of children who are not well and have to stay in hospital permenantly. This gives the families the opportunity to be close to their children and visit them on a daily basis. (note: the penny boxes which you see in McDonalds raise about £3 million a year, which goes to the RMHC!).

Last but not least, James was intending to do this walk for his stag do, so we'll also be walking with his spirit in mind!
