UPDATE: well I have now completed 2 out of my 3 races in aid of Help For Heroes

I completed the New Forest Half marathon on 27th September 2009 in 2 hours exactly.(it was a very hard race for me as it was hot and it was a very hilly course, it felt like it was almost all uphill!!)

I completed the Bupa Great South Run on 25th October 2009 in 1 hour 30 mins (a great atmosphere, but I went off too quickly and crashed at the 7 mile marker, but I managed to haul my carcass over the line in the end!)

Only the Gosport half marathon to go on 15th November 2009

They are all 4 weeks apart, so I am hoping to have enough recovery time to complete all three. I have only run one half marathon before which was last year's Gosport Half Marathon, so this is quite a challenge for me!
