Me and a few chums are going to be running tough mudder and the great Scottish run and are looking to raise money for our selected charities. Tough Mudder is a 15km obstacle race that will see me run, walk, swim, crawl and probably cry my way round the course.

For those that don’t know, Brightest Star is a charity that helps bereaved families deal with their loss. The work they do is amazing and they need support to keep going. It is a local charity near where I grew up in Renfrew and more information can be found by clicking on the Brightest Star logo.
