On July 1st we will be cycling from London to Paris. Over 5 days we will cycle nearly 500km - which we're sure will be great fun but very painful!! We are doing it to help raise money for Chelmsford Mencap Daybreak, which is a holiday play scheme, a friend of ours runs for disabled children. All the money raised will help to take over 150 disabled children from all over Essex on day trips throughout the summer.
Many of these kids are severely disabled and don't get many opportunities for days out - this is a small charity and every penny raised will be spent directly on making sure these kids have a great summer - so PLEASE sponsor us!
