Story

On the weekend of 24-26th March, I am attempting the 4x4x48 challenge.

Inspired by ex-Navy Seal and ultrarunner David Goggins, the 4x4x48 challenge involves running 4 miles, every 4 hours, for 48 hours.

So that’s 4 miles, 12 times. Over a 48 hour period.

48 miles total (77km).

I am doing this to raise money for the National Autistic Society and celebrate World Autism Acceptance Week. It’s a wonderful charity that supports the 700,000 autistic people in the UK. Every penny raised will help to build a society that works for autistic people.

It’s a cause very close to my heart as my 9 year old son Alfie was diagnosed with autism when he was at nursery. He’s doing great and we are so proud of him! The spectrum is wide though and lots face different, wide ranging challenges day to day. I want to raise awareness and raise a few quid for a great charity.

All donations massively appreciated x
