After last years successful completion of the three peaks challenge (three of us in picture on top of Snowdon) and last months again successful completion of the London to Brighton bike ride, I have once again been press-ganged into completing the 'Beat the Moon' challenge.

12 mile cycle ride, 9 mile hike up , across and down Scaffell Pyke, 1 mile canoe race, 1 mile jog ending with another gruelling 12 mile bike ride, all within the hours of daylight.

Yes, we must be completely mad.

Anyway, it keeps me out of trouble and also raises much needed sponsorship for Mencap
