I would be delighted if you would support me on my long ride around Lake Vattern in central Sweden starting at 7pm on the 12th June.  A marathon test of cycling and stamina it is 186miles which is going to take me approximately 19 hours to complete. Night and day will pass me by, lets hope the weather is kind and I dont get over taken by the 70 year old in the Lapland head dress on a 40's cast iron bike. 

I have undertaken several months of training -  even in winter I have still managed on average a 100miles on the roads plus double doses of weekly cycling classes. Iam 50 this year so am not getting any younger, this isnt easy.
