Do not ask why but I have entered the Manchester to Blackpool Bikeride with 9000 other people next Sunday 4th July. I have now stopped smoking for over 10 weeks and thought I ought to do my bit. I have taken part in the London - Brighton Bike ride when I was a lot younger and that was a killer then.

If you could sponsor me i would be very grateful. I have also been in undated with loads of requests to sponsor people. But i have waited just for today because for most of us it is payday.

Dig deep and help me to raise my target.
