In a fit of madness Mary, Lynn and I have decided to do the London to Paris bike ride on 4th - 7th September in aid of The Stroke Association:

This means 244 miles in three days. This is a tad more serious than anything we have done before so we hope to raise a substantial amount of money.

The money you donate will make a real difference to the lives of people affected by Stroke:

£20 - keeps the Stroke Helpline open for an hour

£50 - helps the Stroke Association publish information booklets

£100 - Could provide a day-long talk by one of the Stroke Association's education, training, information and support officers
