There is still time to support us by donating!

In a fit of madness Mark , Lynn and I decided to do the London to Paris bike ride on 4th - 7th September in aid of The Stroke Association.  That meant 235 miles in three days. This was a tad more serious than anything we have done before so we hope to raise a substantial amount of money.

The money you donate will make a real difference to the lives of people affected by Stroke:

£20 - keeps the Stroke Helpline open for an hour

£50 - helps the Stroke Association publish information booklets

£100 - Could provide a day-long talk by one of the Stroke Association's education, training, information and support officers

You can also sponsor Mark at http://www.justgiving.com/markmclellan

Thanks

Mary

PS Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: The Stroke Association gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

So please sponsor me now!
