On Saturday 26th March 2016 I will be taking part in the Cardiff/IAAF World Half Marathon. This is the first half marathon I have taken part in for 30 years so it is a little bit of a task to say the least!!!

As it is such a special occasion and unlikely to happen again, I thought it would be a good opportunity to raise some money for a Charity that is very close to my heart and that of my families hearts.

Most of you know that in 1992 we lost our little boy, Kristian, aged 16 months old. Since that time we have supported Clic Sargent in their effort to combat Cancer in Children.

I would be extremely grateful if you would please be kind enough to help support this very worthy charity by providing a small donation.  

In addition to running in order to help promote and assist the Charity I will also be taking on the great Mo Farah in the marathon. However I fear he may have an unfair advantage as he will not be delivering milk on the morning of the race.
