The Devon Air Ambulance Trust raises the funds necessary to keep two helicopters operational to cover emergencies throughout Devon.  As a rural county this rapid response service can literally make the difference between life & death.  The air ambulances can reach 50% of Devon within 5 minutes, and the remainder in 10 minutes.

I have chosen to undertake two challenges :  Firstly to cycle 500km (311 miles) in four days from London to Paris.  Secondly to turn fat boy to fit boy !!!

!!  So please take a few minutes to sponsor me !!

THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO HAS SPONSORED ME............... I'M VERY GRATEFUL :-)
