Hi we did it on Sunday the 11th in the beautiful Royal Parks in London. The weather was good bar a few drops of rain at the start and then for the last mile the sun came out. There was a huge crowd there around 10,000 and a few celebs including Ben Fogel and Jackson Williams the Ultra Marathon runner who has run across America.

I came round the 13.1 miles in 1hour and 59 minutes, Molly in 2 hours and 21 minutes and Lal did 2 hours and 28 minutes not bad for the first timers amongst us and Molly wasn't feeling fantastic. Jane held our bags, cheered us on at the half way mark and gave us drinks and bananas at the end, so thanks to her. Thanks to my sister Liz who lent us her flat on Saturday and thanks to the organisors of the event for a brilliant day, loads of drinks and support.
